Internationalization

The internationalization of the university is an essential prerequisite to be successful in the national and international competition for the best masterminds and resources.

Internationalization at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences is understood as a holistic task that covers the core areas of the university, i.e. teaching, study, training, research and transfer, human resource development, administration and marketing and, thus, is a shared responsibility of all members of the university.

The internationalization strategy of Mittweida University of Applied Sciences is based on the following fields of action:

Internationalization is carried out internally in close cooperation with the International Office, the faculties and the Institute for Competence, Communication and Languages (IKKS - responsible for languages ​​and certificate programme Intercultural Competence).
